Le stress aigu : une manifestation de l&rsquo;adaptabilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;organisme"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les perturbations quotidiennes de l\u2019environnement, appel\u00e9es <strong>agents stresseurs<\/strong>,\u00a0 imposent \u00e0 l\u2019organisme de s\u2019adapter en mettant en place des r\u00e9ponses (physiologiques, \u00e9motionnelles, comportementales \u2026) : L\u2019ensemble de ces adaptations est appel\u00e9 le <strong>stress aigu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2836 alignright\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\" src=\"http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/phases-stress-aigu.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"432\" height=\"273\" srcset=\"http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/phases-stress-aigu.jpg 925w, http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/phases-stress-aigu-300x190.jpg 300w, http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/phases-stress-aigu-768x486.jpg 768w, http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/phases-stress-aigu-900x569.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 432px) 100vw, 432px\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les agents stresseurs peuvent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9s : stimuli psychiques, physiques, \u00e9motionnels \u2026 et li\u00e9s \u00e0 tous les aspects de la vie quotidienne (travail, relations &#8230;)<br \/>\nEn revanche, <strong>la r\u00e9ponse du corps (le stress aigu) est st\u00e9r\u00e9otyp\u00e9e<\/strong> et se d\u00e9roule en 3 phases\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Phase d\u2019alerte<\/strong> pr\u00e9parant l\u2019organisme \u00e0 lutter contre l\u2019agent stresseur<\/li>\n<li><strong>Phase de r\u00e9sistance<\/strong> lors de laquelle l\u2019organisme s\u2019adapte pour lutter contre l\u2019agent stresseur<\/li>\n<li><strong>Phase d\u2019\u00e9puisement <\/strong>lorsque l\u2019organisme a \u00e9puis\u00e9 ses ressources d\u2019adaptation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces 3 phases permettent \u00e0 l\u2019organisme de revenir \u00e0 son \u00e9tat normal\u00a0: on parle alors de <strong>r\u00e9silience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"titre-TP\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/TP-13-Stress-aigu-Eleve.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong> TP 13 \u2013 Adaptabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019organisme lors d\u2019un stress <\/strong><\/a><strong>+ Correction<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #bf1177;\"><strong><u>I- La phase d\u2019alarme\u00a0: une r\u00e9ponse imm\u00e9diate \u00e0 l\u2019agent stresseur.<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #3366ff;\"><strong> A- R\u00e9ponse physiologique au stress aigu<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nFace \u00e0 un stress aigu, la r\u00e9ponse physiologique est toujours identique\u00a0: Pupilles dilat\u00e9es, fr\u00e9quences cardiaques et respiratoires augment\u00e9es, poils h\u00e9riss\u00e9s pour augmenter la sensibilit\u00e9, lib\u00e9ration de glucose dans le sang \u2026<\/p>\n<p>Ces r\u00e9ponses constituent la <strong>phase d\u2019alerte<\/strong> et permettent \u00e0 l\u2019organisme d\u2019\u00eatre pr\u00eat \u00e0 agir pour lutter contre l\u2019agent stresseur\u00a0 :\u00a0 les sens sont en alerte, les muscles re\u00e7oivent davantage de glucose et de dioxyg\u00e8ne permettant la contraction &#8230;<br \/>\nToutes ces adaptations permettront \u00e0 l&rsquo;individu\u00a0 de fuir l&rsquo;agent stresseur ou de le combattre (<strong>th\u00e9orie du fight or flight<\/strong>)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2837\" src=\"http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/fight-or-flight.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"645\" height=\"220\" srcset=\"http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/fight-or-flight.jpg 918w, http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/fight-or-flight-300x102.jpg 300w, http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/fight-or-flight-768x262.jpg 768w, http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/fight-or-flight-900x307.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 645px) 100vw, 645px\" \/><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #3366ff;\"><strong> B-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Le r\u00f4le de l\u2019adr\u00e9naline dans le stress aigu<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nLes diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9ponses physiologiques pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes sont dues \u00e0 une <strong>hormone : l\u2019adr\u00e9naline<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2838 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/surrenales.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"339\" height=\"216\" srcset=\"http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/surrenales.jpg 497w, http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/surrenales-300x191.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 339px) 100vw, 339px\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En effet, <em>des analyses de sang r\u00e9alis\u00e9es apr\u00e8s une situation stressante<\/em> montrent que de l\u2019adr\u00e9naline est lib\u00e9r\u00e9e dans le sang en quelques secondes par la <strong>partie m\u00e9dullosurr\u00e9nale des glandes surr\u00e9nales.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019adr\u00e9naline agit sur de nombreuses cellules cibles (c\u0153ur, foie, muscle \u2026) et provoque <strong>l\u2019augmentation des fr\u00e9quences cardiaques et respiratoires, stimule la glycog\u00e9nolyse h\u00e9patique<\/strong> donc permet d\u2019augmenter la glyc\u00e9mie. Les organes re\u00e7oivent donc davantage de sang et du sang mieux oxyg\u00e9n\u00e9 et plus riche en glucose. Les muscles peuvent donc se contracter efficacement pour fuir ou se battre.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #3366ff;\"><strong>C-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 R\u00f4le du syst\u00e8me nerveux dans la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion d\u2019adr\u00e9naline<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2842 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/systeme-limbique.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"286\" height=\"470\" srcset=\"http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/systeme-limbique.jpg 372w, http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/systeme-limbique-183x300.jpg 183w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 286px) 100vw, 286px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>L\u2019\u00e9tude d\u2019IRM de patient soumis au stress<\/em> montrent que certaines zones du cerveau, appel\u00e9es <strong>le syst\u00e8me limbique<\/strong> (notamment l\u2019amygdale, l\u2019hippocampe \u2026) sont impliqu\u00e9es dans la r\u00e9ponse aux agents stresseurs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019elles sont soumises \u00e0 un stimulus (agent stresseur), elles <strong>activent l\u2019hypothalamus<\/strong> qui envoie un message nerveux aux glandes m\u00e9dullosurr\u00e9nales qui s\u00e9cr\u00e8tent alors de l\u2019adr\u00e9naline.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2839\" src=\"http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/alerte.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"783\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/alerte.jpg 918w, http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/alerte-300x115.jpg 300w, http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/alerte-768x294.jpg 768w, http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/alerte-900x345.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 783px) 100vw, 783px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #bf1177;\"><strong><u> II- La phase de r\u00e9sistance, deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape de la r\u00e9ponse aux agents stresseurs.<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>Des analyses de sang r\u00e9alis\u00e9es apr\u00e8s une situation stressante<\/em> montrent que plusieurs minutes apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9but du test, <strong>une autre hormone, le cortisol<\/strong>, est lib\u00e9r\u00e9 par la partie externe des glandes surr\u00e9nales (= <strong>corticosurr\u00e9nales<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>Ses effets sont similaires \u00e0 ceux de l\u2019adr\u00e9naline mais durent plus longtemps. Ce dernier va \u00e9galement augmenter la glyc\u00e9mie (en activant la n\u00e9oglucogen\u00e8se) et va r\u00e9duire les effets de la r\u00e9action inflammatoire.<\/p>\n<p>La lib\u00e9ration de cortisol par les surr\u00e9nales est contr\u00f4l\u00e9e par l\u2019axe hypothalamo-hypophysaire.<br \/>\nLorsque le syst\u00e8me limbique active l\u2019hypothalamus, celui-ci s\u00e9cr\u00e8te une hormone\u00a0: la <strong>CRH <\/strong>(Corticotropin Releasing Hormon) qui active l\u2019hypophyse. L\u2019hypophyse s\u00e9cr\u00e8te alors de l\u2019<strong>ACTH<\/strong> (Adeno Cortico Trophic Hormon). L\u2019ACTH stimule alors la production de cortisol par les surr\u00e9nales.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2841\" src=\"http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/resistance.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"891\" height=\"310\" srcset=\"http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/resistance.jpg 891w, http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/resistance-300x104.jpg 300w, http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/resistance-768x267.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 891px) 100vw, 891px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #bf1177;\"><strong><u> III- La r\u00e9silience, retour \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019\u00e9quilibre.<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le cortisol se fixe \u00e9galement sur des r\u00e9cepteurs situ\u00e9s sur l\u2019axe hypothalamo-hypophysaire provoquant son inhibition. De ce fait <strong>les productions de CRH et d\u2019ACTH diminuent<\/strong> et les cellules de la corticosurr\u00e9nale sont moins stimul\u00e9es lib\u00e9rant moins de cortisol.<br \/>\nAinsi <strong>le cortisol limite sa propre s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion<\/strong>\u00a0: on parle de <strong>r\u00e9trocontr\u00f4le n\u00e9gatif<\/strong>. Ce dernier favorise donc le r\u00e9tablissement de conditions de fonctionnement normales et durables\u00a0: <strong>c\u2019est la r\u00e9silience<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2840\" src=\"http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/resilience.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"824\" height=\"287\" srcset=\"http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/resilience.jpg 890w, http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/resilience-300x104.jpg 300w, http:\/\/thibault-svt.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/resilience-768x268.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 824px) 100vw, 824px\" \/><br \/>\n<strong><u>CONCLUSION\u00a0:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Lors d\u2019une stimulation par un ou plusieurs agents stresseurs, les voies de communication nerveuses et hormonales agissent de mani\u00e8re synergique et compl\u00e9mentaire afin de permettre \u00e0 l\u2019organisme de s\u2019adapter en mobilisant la collaboration de diff\u00e9rents organes et syst\u00e8mes.
